Swimming Lessons for Children Ringwood. Health and Exercise Ringwood

 

All teachers are experienced fully qualified A.S.A instructors.

 

Class sizes are kept small to ensure good level of progress and individual attention are given. Pupils follow the A.S.A award programme and are tested at regular intervals.

 

 

1.30-2.30pm Five Little Ducks go swimming with mums and dads. Introduction to water, progressing through the 5 duckling awards.

1.30-2.30pm Preschool from 3 years. Telephone 01202 433122

 

Wednesday

3.30-6.00pm Working towards National Swim awards. Non-Swimmers (Stages 1 & 2), Beginners (Stages 3 & 4), Improvers (Stages 5 & 6), Advanced (Stages 6 & 7)

6.00pm -6.30pm Medley Swim Club

Enjoy: Power Swimming (build stamina and endurance), Lifesaving (practical session), Snorkelling (use of mask, fin and hand signals) and Water Polo (game structure, promoting team spirit). Must be confident swimming 25m on front and back. (Pay on the day)

 

3.45-5.15pm Non-Swimmers, Beginners, Improvers and Advanced

 

Saturday

10.15-10.45am Preschool, Non-Swimmers, Beginners

10.45-11.15am Improver to Advanced Swimmers

11.15-11.45am Medley Swim Club (Pay on the day)
