However, whilst drawing on his background in shiatsu, oriental medicine and vibrational medicine, Stephen aims to bring the body back into its natural healing balance by integrating all of these techniques. Stephen also runs regular courses and inspirational speciality seminars, as his focus is very much on teaching self help methods for all to live life at the optimal level of health.
EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique is a branch of Energy Medicine now described as energy psychology. It was originally discovered and developed by Dr Roger Callahan a psychologist. It has been further developed by Gary Craig and is spreading rapidly around the world and helping thousands of people to resolve a variety of problems. The basic principle of EFT is all fears, phobias, negative emotions diseases etc are caused by a disruption of the body's energy system. By tapping a variety of acupuncture points you are able to clear these energy blockages and allow that person to free themselves from those symptoms. It has now proved so successful that it is being used by therapists all over the world as an adjunct to their practice.
